Yes. If you don’t wish to purchase a minute bundle, you can still get in touch with our psychics, tarot readers, clairvoyants and mediums via phone, text or email and pay-as-you-go.
However, we do recommend our minute bundles if you are taking part in regular long readings to save you money.
As the idea behind our wallet is to save money on your psychic readings, we suggest that you work out how often you’ll want to use our services before purchasing your minutes.
By working out how regularly you want a reading over the course of a month, and how long you want your readings to be, you’ll be able to work out which minute bundle is the best option for you.
As an example, if your readings are averaging around 5 hours a month, then purchasing the 300 minute bundle will be the most cost-effective option for you.
Any unused minutes in your balance will expire after 6 months. All minutes purchased are non-transferrable and cannot be used on any services that are not offered by Psychic Heart.
Readings using your wallet balance are capped at a maximum of 90 minutes. However, if the reader is available beyond this time allowance and you wish to extend your call, you will have the option to do so by an extra 10, 20 or 30 minutes.

If an occasion arises where you aren’t happy with the reading you have been given, you must provide a valid reason as to why, so we can credit you with a refund.
If you struggle to connect to a reader, we ask that you end the call within 5 minutes and get in touch with our customer service team within 48 hours. We’ll take full details of the call, including the reader you tried to connect to, and credit your wallet account with the minutes that were used.
Failure to comply with our refund policy will reduce your chances of obtaining a refund.
